Since 2012, BHRI has been supporting the promotion of the rights of the indigenous people of Biafra. Through members and volunteers, we have engaged with the UK Government, Nigeria Government, German, Australian Government. We have also engaged with the regional governments of the United Kingdom too.
BHRI have supported the Indigenous People of Biafra to the United Nations and the African Union. We have been funding legal human rights cases for the Indigenous People of Biafra at the Federal High Court Owerri and the
BHRI will continue to ensure that the holistic human rights of the Indigenous People of Biafra is followed.
The way and manner people are governed is linked to whether their fundamental human rights are being upheld or infringed upon. BHRI wants to ensure that this is achieved through peaceful means and the rule of law. Do join us in this mission!
